Q. If I purchase products from Annabelle Rowland, Inc. will my organization get VOB, WOB and SB, credits ?

A. All "open market" and GS-35F-0143R1 purchases on the DOD EMall qualify for the Federal credits. Any GSA schedule purchase via GS-35F-0143R Annabelle Rowland, Inc. will not qualify for the credits.
 

Q. Who pays for shipping?

A. All Government GSA and DOD EMall orders are FOB destination. Products are "drop shipped" from our suppliers distribution points across the country.

Q. Can State, Local and City Governments use the GSA schedule products you offer?

A. Yes, the congress of the United States has established the National GSA-Coop plan for FSC 70 products, (IT products). This allows you the benefit of discounted prices and the terms and conditions a supplier must meet in the Federal sector.
 

Q. Who can buy off the GSA schedule?

A. Federal government agencies; Quasi agencies, e.g. U.S. Post Office, TVA, etc. Prime and subcontractors (need letter of authorization from the government agency) Charitable organizations; International organizations, e.g. IMF, World Bank, WHO, etc. State Cooperative Purchasing Mod - State and local government and education
